First flat features a modern kitchen, a bathroom (including a washing machine, a toilet and a shower), a bedroom (with a double bed, spacious wardrobe and a bedside table). It also comprises a work room (including a worktable and personal computer with internet access) and a reception room that contains a sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV (with cable television). The flat can accommodate up to four people.
Second flat has four rooms plus one shower room (with toilet). The flat contains two single beds, one double bed, and three worktables. There is also a piano in a reception room. The flat can accommodate up to four people as well.
The property also has a basketball-court, garage and an arbour.
The flats are located near ‘Zalgiris’ Arena (where finals will take place). The Centre and the Old down are within easy walking distance.
